This practice is for students with a strong base knowledge of postures and alignment... who are willing to play around, try new things, and work together to explore. Practice includes mantra, philosophy, asana & savasana

  • Come early for 30 minutes of Guided Meditation starting at 8:50am

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason up to 1 hour before class start time. Your class fee will be applied to the rescheduled class or will be refunded.

My preference is that you reschedule because it is easier on my end, but if you prefer a refund, simply cancel and be in touch. 

Please cancel or reschedule yourself via the link in the email reminders that you receive. If you aren't able to do it via the link then send me an email and I will take care of it.

If you cancel less than 1 hour before class starts or you do not show up, you will be charged the full fee for the class
