When we gather for retreat we slow down, get grounded, and linger in moments of sacred connection. This sets the foundation for opening our bodies, minds, and hearts to ourselves and each other.

Yoga practice enlivens your body and inspires your heart. Mediation and Yoga Nidra settle your mind. And, wandering in nature - or connecting with friends around the fire - fills your soul. You’ll leave feeling nourished, content, and radiant with possibiliity.

 

 

 
 

Everyone is welcome. The yoga practices are tailored to meet the needs of the group and always include modifications to support you. More important than your yoga ability is your desire to step away from your life and replenish yours oul.

Escape to the Mountains….

River Mountain is located in the beautiful mountains of western Pennsylvania. It’s the perfect setting to relax and unwind.

We’ll practice together in the 1850s barn or super cool greenhouse. Have bonfires right beside our cabin. We could even meditate surrounded by nature on a the yoga platform … if we’re up for it.

In addition to the retreat programming, you’re invited to explore the hot tubs, hammock grove, and nearly 30,000 acres of undisrupted land on campus and in bordering state parks and public land.

Sarah Fischer ~ MA, ERYT500, YACEP, Certified Life Coach

Sarah has been teaching heart-centered alignment-based yoga in Richmond, Virginia since 2007. She uses precise alignment, effective sequencing, and relatable storytelling to support students to have embodied transformative experiences on the mat. In addition to teaching yoga, Sarah is a certified life coach. She enjoys helping students and clients get grounded and build confidence so that they can live their most authentic lives. Sarah lives in Richmond with her family.

 
 

 

Lodging & Meals

Your retreat includes 4 days and 3 nights of all-inclusive accommodations and dining

Our group will be sharing a Modern Cabin in Meadow Camp

Individual Glamping Pods include a comfortable twin sized mattress and space for your belongings

(I know this is new for us…. I hope you’ll take it on as an adventure!!!)

 
 

Graze Kitchen provides delicious meals every day

All meals are prepared fresh and accommodate your dietary needs

(You can have animal protein - - or go completely vegan)
