An Able Vessel

“This {essence of Love} reveals itself in an able vessel” - Narada Bhakti Sutra in translation by William K Mahony

It will be sometime before I’m able to craft language around my time at Imiloa Institute in Costa Rica. But as I was preparing to return home I was reminded of the sutra above.

Love reveals itself in an able vessel.

YOU are that able vessel.

I’m reminded that aligning our bodies prepares the physical vessel to contain, conduct, and contribute that Love.

I am reminded that observing and shifting our stories prepares the mental vessel to welcome and offer that Love.

I am reminded that doing our own personal work prepares us to enter the community vessel which can hold and amplify that Love.

This is how we re-member, we put ourselves back together when it feels as though we’ve fallen apart.

This is a deeply loving universe.

May your vessel be strong and porous. May you give and receive Love with wild abandon.

And may the prayer on your lips always begin again with two words: Thank you
