Join me for a playful exploration of the principles of Wildness and Steadiness in your body. This two-hour workshop will focus on Pelvic Integration - an Ashaya Yoga® based technique. Pelvic Integration works to align your spine, open your hips, and strengthen and lengthen the muscles in your legs. You will learn simple alignment technique and basic anatomy while stretching and getting a little wild with your fellow yogis. Bring a playful heart and a curious mind.
